Missions and Parishes
Anglican Church Worldwide

June 2004, the ACW introduced itself to the world. It was a window that we
resisted in this building mode; building calls for patience to ensure stability.
As we presented our website, many criticized our position of not posting our
parishes on the Web, but it was a decision that has a proven quality, and worth
the waiting. Like any organization, business or church, building is a tenuous
task. One week someone is with you, the other they are not. Issues that cannot
be forecast derails the process of building and in the view of some, (with merit)
one of instability. Any new organization that depends on public growth takes
time to build a solid foundation. The ACW is mindful that a solid foundation, is
the path we must take for the future of this branch of the Anglican Church.
This page will not further be published as a directory, mindful of the ACW's
building mode.
The ACW is growing each month and we have numerous inquiries, but until the
dust is settled and our foundation is solid, we wait to be introduced to the world
with stability and commitment of parishes and administration. The Missions
and Parishes Page will remain as a building page. Thus, this page will not
return until June 30, 2006, after our Annual Synod, June 20-23, 2006 in
Belleville, Illinois. HOWEVER, gradually some parishes will be presented.
(Any major announcements from parishes will be posted on our
Weekly News of the Archbishop’s page.)
