The Shadows
Walking slowly along I see the shadows
Be it day or night
It accompanies me
It is not afraid of the dark
Although sometimes I am
But the shadows keeps me safe
For I know it's me
Walking in the shadows
Within all is fine repose
There is a breeze in the shadows
It smiles when I smile
Runs when I run
The night carries no loneliness
