At the request of Our Brothers and Sisters of the ACW, We have returned to the Office of Archbishop
Metropolitan. It was an easy decision, because in Our personal role as Priest duty to God and Church
which We serve is not debatable.
Without hesitation, We can truly say that this was one of the most productive Synods conducted by the
ACW. Not only was it well attended, but the rejoicing at the thirteen (13) parishes received within our
Communion. At Our hand Fr David McGuire of St Joseph ACW was Ordained to the Office of Priest, along
with several appointments (see monthly news).
At this time however, We shall be taking a leave of absence for six (6) weeks to take care of health
matters and rest a while. We will return to Office August 1, 2010. However in this vacation period, We
shall assist Our Bishops with Episcopal visitations in our travels.
We wish to thank the House of Bishops, Clergy and Laity for their wonderful support during the Synod.
Further, We would like to thank the members of Good Shepherd ACW (GS) for their wonderful hospitality
to our guest. Our thanks also to Little Caesar Pizza for their contribution and several benefactions who
blest us with financial gifts of love that made our Synod a success.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Frank Watson Jr, Member of GS and Retired
Military Police Officer as Adjutant to the Office of the Metropolitan. He has the full confidence of the
Metropolitan Office.
On a sad note, We are sadden to announce the departure of Canon Edwin Tompkins who kept the
charge of GS in our frequent absence. A retired Lt Col. in the USA Air Force, his employment required
relocation. As shown by the Parish of GS on Synod Sunday, he shall be greatly missed.
As we have written before, the Office of a Bishop must be one of dedication. We shall try to do our
utmost, to consolidate the trust, that has been placed upon us by our General Synod. While we shall
never turn away from our doors anyone existing congregation that wishes to be a part of us, We shall
be prudent in our vetting, but Our focus shall be in PLANTING, a new Parish in all 50 states in the USA by
2015.

Almighty God be with you.
